Returning to the States after living in Europe for several years, our family was disappointed to discover how inaccessible high quality food was to obtain. We decided to solve that by raising and processing our own animals, curing our own meats and making difficult to find cuts. What began as a way to feed our family has grown to help feed others by offering high quality food, holistic nutrition and clinical herbalism services to others who care about what they eat.
